For a long time, our website has not only been offering detailed information on almost every BIONICLE online game ever released, but also a dedicated support for technical issues and issues with gameplay.

Users can check the Help Center to check if somebody already had the same problem or question and possibly find an answer.

If they still cannot find the answer to their problem, they can go to the Contact Us section and ask for direct help. We will then give the requestor step-by-step support and will try to work out a solution together.
Users can even refer to an earlier case from the Help Center by pasting the User Service and Support Case ID into the contact form. The contact form can also be used to give feedback on the project and on the website or comment anything about it. |
