Gameplay of the Tanma game
Gameplay of Battle for Power TANMA
The Battle for Power - Toa Nuva games focused on the three Phantoka Toa Nuva Pohatu, Kopaka, Lewa and their allies Toa Ignika and Av-Matoran.

Pohatu: Identical in gameplay to the Vamprah game, the player plays through five levels. Each level is made up of two parts: In the first part, the player has to collect as many Midak Skyblaster light spheres as possible in a short, limited period of time. In the second part, the player flies through the cave of Karda Nui defeating the Makuta along the way, and preventing them from teaming up with light-drained Av-Matoran which will make them even harder to defeat. The number of Makuta per level increases with each level. Silver award B.I.O. Code: OPO612. Gold award B.I.O. Code: OAU867. Codes increase speed, rate of fire and time to complete first part of a level by ten seconds.

Kopaka: Taking control of Kopaka, the player plays through three levels, each Makuta Phantoka appearing in one, who have to be defeated three times. Both Makuta and Kopaka have three lives, represented by Matoran they team up with. During the game, several power-ups appear and increase powers or give additional powers for a limited period of time. Silver award B.I.O. Code: LES485. Gold award B.I.O. Code: KPK858. Codes unlock two-player mode.

Tanma: With a similar gameplay to the Chirox game, the player controls Tanma, who has to escape from the Makuta while repairing his jetpack. During the game, Makuta (with and without Matoran) appear, which the player has either to avoid or to defeat with Tanma's swords. The player also has to avoid touching the ceiling/floor of the cave. Three power-ups appear in the game, one increasing speed, one repairing the jetpack for a limited time (this power-up has to be collected in order to win the game) and one increasing health, although this award appears very rarely. Silver award B.I.O. Code: MNT448. Gold award B.I.O. Code: WAL886. Codes increase the power of Tanma's attacks.

Toa Ignika: As Toa Ignika, the player races with his Skyboard through several levels, trying to defeat the Makuta flying or hanging from the ceiling and preventing them from draining the Av-Matoran's light. Several power-ups, most similar to those of the Kopaka game, can be collected during the game. Silver award B.I.O. Code: IGA362. Gold award B.I.O. Code: BIO487. Codes unlock two-player mode with Toa Ignika and a Lewa teamed up with Tanma.

Av-Matoran: This game, identical to that of the Shadow Matoran, features all six Matoran sets. The player plays with all three Av-Matoran once, thus there are three levels. The goal is to get the Matoran safely to the Swamp of Secrets first before the light-drained Av-Matoran enemy, collecting Midak Skyblaster spheres of light on the way and avoiding obstacles like the walls, the Toa Nuva or the Makuta or the enemy spheres. Silver award B.I.O. Code: BIO527. Gold award B.I.O. Code: BIO962. Codes unlock two-player mode and increase damage resistance.
